I work with adolescents (ages 13 and up) and adults. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-image concerns, eating disorders, life transitions, compulsive behaviors, and related challenges.

I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches and customize our work together based on what best supports each client.

The first session is focused on getting to know you. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, what works well for you, and what hasn’t been helpful, while also completing an initial assessment to guide our work moving forward.
