It is possible to develop more effective coping skills no matter where you are in life. Everyone struggles from time to time due to different causes. I am ready and prepared to work with you to help you achieve the life you want.
My focus
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use disorders, relationship issues, trauma-related concerns, grief and loss issues, and stress management. There is not much of anything that I have not heard before or helped someone with.
My approach
My counseling approach is to work with you where you are currently at to better your life through learning new coping skills and understanding why you have been struggling. I focus on developing a therapeutic alliance using a client-centered approach and cognitive behavioral techniques to help you overcome obstacles and move forward.
