My focus
I do most of my work with people in the LGBTQ+ community, people in any stage of substance use recovery and/or with co-occurring disorders, and those who have experienced various forms of trauma.
My approach
I use various modalities, and we will talk through what feels best for you. I am trained in EMDR and the AIR (Adaptive Internal Relational) Network model. I also pull from CBT, DBT, IMR, IFS, and others.
