My approach
I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as it's evidence-based and effective for most concerns. This therapy focuses on understanding how your thinking can negatively or positively inform your emotions and behaviors. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and accepted while reaching your goals and learning better coping mechanisms.
