I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, eating disorder, grief and loss, relationship issues, emotion management, stress, and trauma. My therapy style is empathic and accepting, combining cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused, and relational-cultural therapy.

This often comes with learning skills and accessing resources to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, ADHD, and stress. I often work with people experiencing life transitions that increase these symptoms.
