My communication style

I prioritize creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where patients feel at ease discussing mental health concerns. I take a less clinical approach that helps patients relax. I am passionate about mental health education and advocacy, committed to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting access to care for all.

My journey to mental healthcare

Working in mental health has been so rewarding for me. I truly enjoy each and every one of my patients. I am able to see how the treatment of depression, anxiety, etc., affects everyday functioning, including relationships, social life, and work. It is exciting for me to see my patients work towards their goal of mental health.

My goals for you

I will regularly discuss realistic expectations from medication management with my patients. My focus will be on diagnosing each patient and finding the best medication combination that suits their needs. I will never prescribe something that a patient is unwilling or hesitant to take, and we will decide on the treatment together.

Our first session

The first session can last up to 60 minutes and includes a thorough assessment, which entails psychiatric history, social history, a review of mental health symptoms, and setting goals for treatment.
