I approach therapy as a collaboration and focus on setting you up for growth and success by addressing negative thought patterns and unhealthy behaviors in a way that will lead to long-term change.
My focus
I provide individual therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, general life stress, substance use issues, and trauma. I have worked with adults in all walks of life and have specifically worked with the First Responder population.
My approach
I describe my approach as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a side of Motivational Interviewing and a dash of DBT skills. Ultimately, I want to work on what is causing you distress and address that in the most appropriate way that works for you.
