My focus
I work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations that may be navigating life transitions, identity crises, chronic and serious illness, grief, relational issues, or struggles with anxiety and depression. I'm here to help build coping skills and a plan that feels achievable to you.
My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy and a narrative-based approach to help clients identify and reshape unhelpful patterns and behavior to make progress toward personal goals and change in their lives. I am practical and collaborative; I may also incorporate mindfulness-based practices.
