My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey grew from resilience, curiosity, and a desire to help others find strength in difficult times. Supporting people facing life-threatening illness, shifting family dynamics, workplace stress, and moments of deep confusion reinforced my commitment to this work. It gives me purpose and continues to guide me as a provider today.

I see therapy as a true care-team effort. I take a collaborative approach that empowers you to build meaningful coping strategies and gain insights that support lasting change. Together, we'll set goals that matter to you and move at a pace that feels right, so you feel supported every step of the way.

Our first session

Your first session is just a chance for us to talk and get to know each other. We'll chat about what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. It's totally normal to feel a bit nervous. We'll go at your pace, share as much or as little as feels comfortable. I'll be here to support you throughout the process.
