I aim to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and grow — where your strengths are recognized, your challenges are met with compassion, and your goals guide the direction of our work. We collaborate on solutions and strategies that support meaningful, sustainable change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to help others find hope, healing, and better understand themselves, their loved ones, and their families. That is what I wanted when I took my first psychology course as a teen. I fell in love with psychology and MH. I have worked in various settings from schools to group homes to residential and now clinical outpatient the last 5 years.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a partnership. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, attuned to your needs, emotions, and goals. Together, we look at what’s working, what feels stuck, and what possibilities might open up with the right support. I help you notice patterns, build insight, and discover new ways of responding.

Our first session

Your first session is a gentle starting point — a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what you’re hoping to work on. Many people feel a little nervous before their first appointment, and that’s completely normal. My role is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and in control of the pace.
