I use an Eclectic Approach because everyone's emotional, behavioral, and psycho-social needs are different. This draws from multiple theoretical orientations to address your specific needs, rather than relying on only one approach.

My style is motivational and advocacy-focused. I seek to give voice to clients who may not feel they have the expertise, information, awareness, motivation, strength, or emotional health to advocate for themselves.

My journey to mental healthcare

I spent years in retail management before transitioning to human services. That background helps me understand workplace expectations and stressors. I've since worked across multiple mental health settings, giving me broad experience in supporting clients through diverse challenges.
