Hi there, I'm Luke!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Are you feeling stuck? Do you feel you're having difficulty moving forward or achieving your potential? Do past events continue to impact? If so, we may be a fit! I work with adults aged 18+ and specialize in treating Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, and more.

My focus

I work with adults aged 18+ and specialize in treating Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, and more. I am a regular practitioner of the trauma therapy Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My approach

Together, we will work at your pace to accomplish your goals by practicing coping skills, gaining further insights into past experiences, committing to your values, reprocessing trauma, and more. I try to balance building insight and skill building in therapy to assist you in developing what you need in the here and now, and for the future.
