My journey to mental healthcare

I have spent much of my career working with people through major life events, challenges, and transitions. Those experiences led me to become a therapist, where I could help others discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create positive change. I find great satisfaction in seeing clients gain confidence, clarity, and hope for the future.

My goals for you

I help clients identify what they want instead of the problem that brought them to therapy. Together, we create clear, realistic goals and focus on the strengths, resources, and small steps that can move them toward meaningful progress. Goals are revisited regularly to recognize growth and maintain momentum.

Our first session

Clients can expect a relaxed and conversational first session focused on understanding what brought them to therapy and what they want to accomplish. We'll discuss goals, identify strengths and resources, and begin creating a plan to help move things in a more positive direction.
