Clients find me warm and personable with a healthy dose of humor. Effective therapy is a collaborative process, and I want to use your goals and motivations to help you take positive steps. I'm also straightforward in my feedback, believing that sometimes therapy means saying things others may struggle to.

My journey to mental healthcare

From an early age, I was drawn to helping others. My caring mother instilled the value of serving others, and all my siblings pursued helping careers. I also had a love of working with children. These choices influenced my interest in family therapy and working with diverse clients.

My goals for you

Helping you achieve your goals involves utilizing your own strengths in ways you haven't previously employed. Getting clarity on what you want to change and the path forward builds momentum toward goal achievement.

Our first session

I'll gather information to better understand what you're going through, including your desired goals and hopes for treatment, as well as your strengths and challenges. I'll also share my suggestions on how to begin the therapy process together.
