My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a counselor has been guided by a deep curiosity about people’s stories and a commitment to helping others find healing and resilience through life’s most challenging circumstances. I began my career working with adolescents in the substance abuse field, where I quickly learned the importance of empathy and growth.

In my work with clients, I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to helping them achieve their treatment goals. I believe that each person’s story unfolds in its own way and at its own pace, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
