I work collaboratively with clients using a person-centered approach, where you are the expert in your life. My interests include individual therapy, couples therapy, affairs and infidelity, co-parenting, grief work, somatic and trauma work, and family-of-origin issues.

I help adults and couples seeking greater connection and intimacy. I support clients through relational and mental health challenges like navigating life and relationship stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I also enjoy helping clients build confidence and manage emotions.

I use a relational approach, believing therapy is ultimately humans sitting with other humans. I create safety so you can share the deepest parts of yourself without judgment. My eclectic style draws from emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, and the Gottman method, all through an attachment and trauma-informed lens.
