My journey to becoming a therapist was driven by my passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact. I am fascinated by people's stories and the complexities of human behavior. Seeing clients make progress, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding and motivates me every day.

We work together to understand your challenges and priorities, defining specific, measurable, achievable goals. We break larger goals into manageable steps, making the process less overwhelming. We regularly review progress, adapt the treatment plan as needed, and I provide consistent support and accountability to keep you motivated.

Our first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore your goals and concerns. We start with introductions, and I explain the therapy process, confidentiality, and what to expect. We discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, current challenges, and treatment goals.
