I am committed to serving marginalized and underserved communities. I specialize in trauma, including intergenerational and racial trauma, women's issues, identity issues, and challenges facing immigrants and refugees. I work with college-age, international, and non-traditional students navigating transitions and cultural adjustments.
My focus
I support clients managing overwhelming emotions, reducing anxiety and depression, and finding motivation. We work on coping skills, identifying triggers, and developing healthier thought patterns using CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness practices. I also work with families needing healthier communication, conflict resolution, or adjustment to life changes.
