Managing life's experiences can be challenging. Please allow me to accompany you on your journey towards change. I have been providing services in the mental health field for almost three decades. I work towards building genuine and trusting relationships with those I support above all else.
My focus
I enjoy helping female adolescents and women of all ages navigate through whatever struggles they may be enduring. My passion lies with supporting those struggling with relationship issues, life changes, parenting, trauma, most mental health concerns, and autoimmune or women's issues in general.
My approach
I believe the relationship between client and provider is the true space for change. I invite humor, compassion, empowerment, and honesty into sessions as I help others work through whatever challenges they may bring. I practice primarily from a trauma-focused, person-centered perspective, incorporating other therapy techniques as needed.
