I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has been working with individuals, families, and couples struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, attachment, relationship issues, and life transitions for the past 15+ years.
My focus
I have experience providing therapeutic services to individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds in both urban and rural settings. This has included working with homeless young adults in an urban setting, conducting family therapy in a rural community, and providing family and individual therapy in a suburban mental health clinic.
My approach
My approach to therapy is to see each person as an individual with unique strengths and needs. I pull from multiple therapeutic model to customize treatment to the individual.
