My approach

My approach varies based on your needs. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to help you overcome your struggles.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began when I noticed the effect our emotions and feelings have on our behaviors, choices, relationships, and life. I wanted to learn how to approach difficult situations in ways that are positive, constructive, and help us grow. My natural drive to help people led me to this field.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is about helping you define what you want to accomplish in therapy. We start by building trust and learning what therapy is like. After that, we define goals together and work toward them.

In our first session, we will talk about your life situation and how you've been feeling lately. The first session helps us build an initial connection and gives me understanding of what direction we may take in our future work together.
