Whether you’re working through trauma, struggling in a relationship, facing career or work challenges or exploring your personal goals, I’ll work with you to navigate the situation and help you create a plan for growth that feels empowering.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness. Your goals and progress is my primary focus.
