I create an open, safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing and connecting. My goal is to truly hear you without judgment. I listen and encourage exploration of your journey, goals, and challenges through active listening, reflection, and open-ended questions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My heart and passion are working with children, parents, and families. I believe positive mental and emotional health begins in infancy and is essential throughout childhood. I use play to support young people in working through trauma and building resilience while helping parents raise emotionally healthy families.

My goals for you

This is your journey, and I'm here to support you in meeting your goals. Through discussion and exploration, we'll identify your treatment goals together and develop a plan with achievable, measurable steps. As we progress, we'll process and evaluate your movement toward those goals.

Our first session

Our first session will be a conversation and an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I foster a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere where you can share your story in whatever manner feels most comfortable to you.
