I work with all ages in addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal ideations. We all experience unwanted circumstances, emotions, and addictions that are difficult to handle alone. What has been harmed in relationship with others must be healed with relationship. That's where I come in.
My focus
Most of my experience has been working with teens to middle-aged adults suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideations, and addictions. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who wish to incorporate Christian ideals into their therapy experience.

We will begin by getting to know each other so that you can feel more comfortable sharing the important issues in your life. After gathering needed information, we will work together to form a treatment plan specific to your needs. We will then work specifically on each goal using various methods that will work for you.
