My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my service as a veteran and my roles as a crisis counselor and suicide prevention specialist. These experiences taught me the importance of creating safe spaces where people can heal and grow. I'm passionate about helping others find their strength and move forward.

My focus is helping you improve self-esteem, self-awareness, and problem-solving skills. Together, we'll work on managing stress, anxiety, and depression while developing effective coping strategies for difficult situations. You'll gain confidence and balance as you move forward in your life.

In our first session, we'll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll create a safe, judgment-free space where you can share your story at your own pace. We'll begin exploring your strengths and identifying areas where you'd like to grow and develop new coping skills.
