I typically tend to be engaging, and somewhat directive. I can easily pivot to a softer, slower pace for anyone that requires more active listening.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been working with people for a long time. It comes naturally to me. While I do not work harder than clients with their own life. They can know that they have someone beside them that genuinely cares and is compassionate about what they do.

My goals for you

Identifying goals is mostly driven by the client. My involvement typically surfaces to assist in establishing action plans, creating realistic goals and supporting the client's success and achievements.

Our first session

Our first session is about establishing rapport, while I am assessing and learning all about what brings you to therapy. My goal is for you to feel heard, affirmed and you are leaving with one small positive take away. The rest depends on your process.
