My experience includes skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospice care, private therapy practice, and inpatient addiction treatment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked in various positions and always naturally incorporated therapy skills into interactions with clients. Focusing on 1:1 psychotherapy is much preferred. It is amazing to witness clients as they begin to believe in themselves and work to utilize coping skills for improvement in their emotional well-being.

My goal for each session is to help you identify and acknowledge changes in thoughts, emotions, or behaviors in order to begin to reframe possible distorted thoughts about yourself. The ideal outcome is for you to learn more about your responses to various life experiences in order to feel a sense of peace and calm.
