Few of us make it through life without some degree of trauma. I am trained and experienced in working with complex trauma, PTSD, and the pain from bullying and rejection. I want to partner with you to understand what happened to you and how that has impacted your development and relationships.

I work with all sorts of people with all sorts of experiences--particularly those struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I will meet you where you are, accept you as you are, and help you discover a forward path that makes sense for you.
My approach
I believe that change depends on trust. The power to grow begins with establishing a strong relationship. I focus on trauma-informed and attachment-focused interventions that honor you and your unique experiences, coupled with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and parts work.
