Hi there, I'm Treasa!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in three states, with my primary being Arkansas. I've worked in community mental health since 1998, first as a paraprofessional and later as a professional. I believe you already have all the things necessary to heal. My job is to help you find and learn to use your resources.

My focus

I have developed a word-of-mouth reputation and niche in helping persons dealing with trauma, past or recent. Depression, anxiety, and panic can be separate or a part of PTSD. I have experience in a variety of DSM diagnoses, including psychoses and personality disorders.

My approach

Change is a verb and requires effort. I use elements of CBT, REBT, Adlerian, EMDR processing, DBT techniques, trauma-informed care, and Rogerian to name a few.
