My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after watching a close friend struggle without therapy, then witnessing her transformation through it. She healed her trauma and achieved her life goals. I believe everyone has the right to mental health care and to feel heard.

My goals for you

I meet you where you are and help you identify goals for your life. Together, we'll work toward these goals using tools and resources that make progress feel healthier and more achievable.

Our first session

Our first session focuses on getting to know you and understanding what you need from therapy. We'll brainstorm some goals together so I can best support you moving forward.
