My therapeutic counseling provides a safe, supportive space where clients can speak and express themselves without judgment. I'm patient and empathetic with my clients as they work through life’s challenges, heal emotional pain, and build healthier patterns for their future.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began when I came to a full understanding of the phrase "reach one - teach one." Being able to provide clients with support that allows them to heal, grow, and regain balance is the drive that keeps me going.

My goals for you

Therapy with me is collaborative. You set the pace, and we work together to create a plan that fits your needs. I use evidence-based approaches while honoring your personal values, culture, and lived experiences. Healing is a process, and you do not have to face it alone.

Our first session

Our first session will be about us getting to know each other. I'll begin by asking what prompted you to begin this therapeutic journey, and then allow the remaining time to flow as you'd like, as I know that therapy can bring about a great deal of nervousness. I will end by asking you to identify at least 2 goals you'd like to accomplish.
