I work with clients from children to older adults who struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and trauma. I also support couples, whether both partners attend or I work with one partner to implement tools within their relationship.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after my own struggles sparked a desire to understand the why. Human behavior and attachment have always intrigued me. I'm a natural helper drawn to empowering others through healing. What drives me is witnessing continuous transformations when people believe in themselves.
