I strive to create a space where you feel validated, supported, and understood. My approach ensures that you are met with empathy and respect, no matter what challenges you are facing.

My focus

My ideal client is you! I have a very open and diverse mindset where I show up with compassion and empathy. I have had the privilege of providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

I work with a variety of populations, helping clients navigate the fear and uncertainty that life can present.
