My approach to therapy is to focus on what will help the client achieve their therapy goals in the most effective way. I think being honest and real with a client is essential in the development of a strong therapeutic relationship.

I work with a wide variety of clients of all backgrounds. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and trauma, starting at age 12.
My approach
I use behavioral models like CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am also a trained EMDR therapist, which is helpful for patients with complex trauma and other conditions.
