My journey to mental healthcare

I have always worked in mental healthcare in some capacity. I recognized a significant need for greater access to mental health services and knew I had to do my part to help my community. Witnessing patients struggle with long wait times and cycles of crisis ultimately led me to become a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

My goals for you

My goal is to empower my patients and support them in setting goals, motivating change, and ultimately achieving the goals they strive for.

Our first session

During a first visit, you can expect to receive a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that will incorporate a psychodynamic model approach to treatment. You will be able to share your hopes and goals for treatment and be an active part of deciding what your treatment plan looks like for you.
