Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with many individuals who have experienced trauma, and I've seen firsthand how powerful the therapeutic relationship can be in fostering hope and healing.

I believe therapy works best when we work together as a team. We'll identify the goals that are most important to you, whether that's managing anxiety, improving relationships, building confidence, healing from past experiences, or creating positive changes in your life. As you grow and your needs evolve, we'll adjust our approach.

Our first session

Your first session gives us a chance to get to know one another and talk about what has brought you to therapy. I prefer to learn about your experiences firsthand so I can accurate understanding of your needs and provide a thoughtful assessment. Just as importantly, this is your chance to decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you.
