I am very experienced in helping people manage anxiety. I am most comfortable working with people who have experienced trauma and helping people heal from trauma.

I take a client-centered and solution-focused approach to therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

I try to create a welcoming and safe environment for my clients, and I let my clients truly be themselves during their time with me.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to being a therapist began when I saw a transformative therapist who I found to be helpful. Since then, I fell in love with the idea of helping people work through their struggles. I love watching people transform and find hope in their lives.

My goals for you

I typically let clients take the lead on goals they want to set. If it doesn't come from them, it's hard to get the buy-in. I will assist clients in setting goals if they don't know where to start.

During our first session, I will get to know you and your background, particularly your life experiences growing up. I will also ask about your present life stresses and what kind of support system you have.
