I work with clients who struggle with depression, loneliness, stress, and anxiety, family and relationship challenges, life changes, grief and loss, career difficulties, trauma, adult ADD/ADHD, marital issues, and many other mental health challenges.
My approach
I approach therapy in a client-centered way, allowing clients to direct their own path to growth and healing and set their own goals. I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space for clients to talk out their feelings and thoughts.
