I work with a diverse population and am comfortable treating all mental health conditions. I have the most experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, and healthy conflict resolution skills.
My approach
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a trauma-informed lens. I take a holistic approach to therapy and teach mindfulness coping skills to help you navigate challenges and build resilience.
