My journey to mental healthcare

I took the scenic route to becoming a therapist. The world offered me harsh realities at a young age, and I met amazing helpers who taught me to find my inner strength, resilience, and healing. Now I get to be a helper myself.

I lean heavily on you to help create your own goals. You pick the primary focus based on what's impacting you most, and I assist with shaping these into specific, measurable, attainable, and time-oriented goals we can work towards together.
