My approach to therapy is that I want to get to know you and help you with whatever problem you are facing. I enjoy working with all types of issues, from trauma, self-harm, addiction, marital and family concerns, and others.

My focus

I have worked mostly with women but am comfortable working with anyone. I have experience in residential and community settings addressing many issues. I am willing to discuss whatever you might be struggling with, including trauma, grief, self-harm, depression, and addiction.
