Hi there, I'm Rebecca!

I love working with young adults to find passion in life and remove roadblocks that are holding you back! I know from my experience working with individuals that you have the ability to make big changes in your life. If you are ready to do the work, you will be amazed at how capable you are!

My focus

I have helped clients navigate the complex path of grief, loss, and terminal diagnoses. I have a passion for maternal mental health, including infertility, miscarriage, traumatic birth, postpartum depression, and the transition to motherhood. Exhaustion and uncertainty can be overwhelming, but getting help can bring relief.

My approach

I have experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I help clients develop healthier thought patterns and behaviors with cognitive-behavioral techniques.
