My focus

I have helped clients navigate the complex path of grief, loss, and terminal diagnoses. I have a passion for maternal mental health, including infertility, miscarriage, traumatic birth, postpartum depression, and the transition to motherhood. Exhaustion and uncertainty can be overwhelming, but getting help can bring relief.

My approach

I have experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I help clients develop healthier thought patterns and behaviors with cognitive-behavioral techniques.
