My focus
I work with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I help families with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or school issues using a family systems approach. In individual therapy, I provide a compassionate space to address depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.

My work is client-centered and collaborative. I'm skilled in Functional Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I build therapeutic relationships based on trust, safety, and mutual understanding that allow for open communication and a space where you can feel comfortable, seen, and respected.
