I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with respect, empathy and advocacy to assist you in noticing the challenges in your life. I'll help you identify the tools needed to tackle these challenges so you can meet your goals. I may also use Art therapy, Mindfulness, Bibliotherapy, and other techniques for to support your individualized goals.
