My focus

I work with individuals, ages 18+. I enjoy working with men and men's issues. I have experience working with people with serious mental illnesses, such as Schizophrenia or Bipolar Disorder, as well.

My approach

I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, but am also informed by Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and others.

I work very collaboratively and in a client-focused manner. This is a trip we take together. I do not know the particular solution you are seeking, but I am certain you do, and I'm honored to help you find it.

In our first session, we'll go over basic guidelines and housekeeping, such as safety, contact, etc. I'll also ask you a lot of questions about you and your life to start to get to know you.
