I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, sexual and domestic violence, along with anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. I am here to support you, to provide a safe place, to challenge the inner critic, and help you become the person you want to be.

I use a collaborative, client-centered approach to help you meet your goals. I use psychoeducation, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, humanistic approach to meet your unique needs. Together, we'll identify challenges and steps to address your needs in a non-judgmental, safe space.
