I work with adults and teens to help navigate anxiety, life transitions, trauma, eating disorders, depression, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized, compassionate plan for growth.
My approach
I work alongside you using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to explore thought patterns with curiosity and care. When appropriate, I also offer EMDR to help your mind and body process experiences that may be lingering beneath the surface. Mindfulness and other supportive practices are thoughtfully integrated to honor your unique goals.
