Hi there, I'm Angela!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor/Art Therapist, and I have a wide range of experience working with clients of all ages. I have worked with children in special education, elderly adults in hospice, and provided art therapy as well as individual counseling to patients.
My focus
I work with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, severe mental illness, personality disorders, and life's difficult transitions. I also support those coping with loved ones who have narcissistic personality disorder or persistent mental health conditions.
My approach
As for my therapeutic approaches, I consider myself to be open-minded, flexible, and willing to provide whatever would be best suited for each client I work with. I have a humanistic approach and can provide ACT, Existential Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
