I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and veterans facing parenting challenges, addictive behavior, women's and men's issues, self-esteem, anger management, anxiety, fear, grief and loss, social skills, dual diagnosis, relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, stress, conflict resolution, and depression.
My approach
I recognize that people need and respond to different therapeutic interventions, so my evidence-based treatment is tailored to meet each client's unique needs. I most frequently use solution-focused therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and rational emotive behavioral therapy.
